作品：第二个秋天

是一场游戏么？
她就这样躺着，
小小的生命轻巧地溜开，
仿佛只是一时忘了回来。

半垂的快乐的手臂，
好像玩累了在休息，
却忽然不记得该怎么做，
才能再次将它们抬起。

调皮的眼睛微微闭，
似乎只是想逗逗你，
而她灵魂的小小火光，
依然在眼眸深处闪亮。

She lay as if at play
Her life had leaped away -
Intending to return -
But not so soon -

Her merry Arms, half dropt -
As if for lull of sport -
An instant had forgot -
The Trick to start -

Her dancing Eyes - ajar -
As if their Owner were
Still sparkling through
For fun - at you -

Her Morning at the door -
Devising, I am sure -
To force her sleep -
So light - so deep –
