风像一个疲惫的旅人,
轻轻地敲着门,
我鼓起勇气,说“请进”,
我的小屋便不再寂静。
他没有骨骼感受重力,
也没有双脚稍作停息,
我茫然,不知如何款待,
这位飘忽而匆忙的访客。
但他对我说了又说,
就像摇动灿烂的树丛,
满枝的鸟儿嘤嘤嗡嗡,
齐齐振翅飞向天空。
我看不清他的面容,
却能感到他的手指轻抚,
仿佛颤抖着吹响玻璃,
奏出叮咚的乐曲。
但他不肯多停片刻,
一如那些胆怯的擅入者,
只留下一阵慌张的悉索,
再度寂静的小屋,和我。

His Countenance - a Billow -
His Fingers, as He passed
Let go a music - as of tunes
Blown tremulous in Glass -
He visited - still flitting -
Then like a timid Man
Again, He tapped - 'twas flurriedly -
And I became alone -
